A three-year-old girl was allegedly shot in the head by Israeli military forces in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza Strip, and was transferred to Al-Shifa Hospital on Friday, March 27, 2026. The identity of the girl was not found among local sources.

Local sources, including Shehab Agency,  Al-Quds Channel, North Gaza News all reported the same information, starting from 8:40 a.m local time.

Due to the repetitive nature of the sources and lack of information on civilian harm, the strike status of the incident has been graded as a “single source claim” and the civilian harm status as “weak.”
