At least three soldiers were killed and seven others were wounded in declared Israeli strikes on Tal Al Sha’ar in Quneitra on June 1, 2019.

Sputnik News reported that the Israeli strikes “led to the rise of three soldiers and wounding seven others in addition to material damage.” Syrian Arab News Agency also confirmed the death of “three martyrs and wounding seven soldiers were injured in addition to some material losses.”

A spokesman for the IDF tweeted “Israel defense sources targets a number of military targets in Syria # in response to the firing of two rockets at the # Jabal al-Sheikh north of Al Golan on Saturday evening. Among the targets: two artillery batteries and several monitoring and intelligence sites in the Golan area as well as a sa2 air defense battery.”
