The Syrian Network for Human Rights, reported that at least four civilians including a girl and a woman died when “suspected Russian warplanes” fired two missiles on a school in the village of Al Qassabiya.
LCCSY said that four civilians from one family died as a result of Russian strikes in Al Qassabiya.
Syria2011 also named these victims – again blaming Russia.

In its report for military actions on January 20 2016, the Kremlin says “in the course of the last 24 hours, aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces have performed 82 combat sorties engaging 204 terrorist objects in Syria,” but makes no mention of carrying out strikes in Idlib.
