Three civilians – a woman and two girls – were reported killed and ‘many wounded’ after an alleged Russian airstrike on a former school in which internally displaced civilians were said to be sheltering.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the village of Rasim al Hammam (رسم حمام), for which the generic coordinates are: 35.41304, 37.15712. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.

The Russian Defence Ministry confirmed carrying out strikes in Hama governorate for October 21st-22nd 2015: “For the last 24 hours, the Russian Su-34, Su-24M, Su-25SM aircraft performed 53 combat sorties engaging 72 terrorist facilities in the Hama, Idlib, Lattakia, Damascus, Aleppo and Deir ez-Zor provinces.”
