Airstrikes killed up to two civilians including at least one child and wounded up to ten others in the city of Binish, local media said. Sources were conflicted as to whether this was the work of Russia or the Syrian regime.

Most local sources reported the death of up to two children.

According to The Syrian News Network (SNN), “the bombing left one martyr, a child aged 10 years”.

The Syrian Network for Human Rigts (SN4HR) reported that “two children died due to government warplanes missiles fired on Binnesh city in Idlib governorate”.

According to an Idlib correspondent, who reported to Nabd News, the incident led to “the martyrdom of two children and injury of others”. Jsirtv said the victims were Palestinian.

Sources including SN4HR and LCCSY attributed the strike to the Syrian regime, while SNN and Halab News Network reported that the strike was carried out by Russia.
