Airwars assessment
Three air strikes with cluster bombs stuck the residential neighbourhood of Maarat Misrin and killed four named civilians including two children. According to Elfgr News, up to nine civilians were wounded, “some of whom were ministered to the hospital Al-Bab-Hawa border crossing”.
According to the Shaam News Network, “warplane strikes” carried out by “Assad’s and Russia’s warplanes” resulted in four deaths. However, Al Jazeera, the Smart News Agency and the Syrian Network for Human Rights blamed the regime.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the city of Maraat Misrin (معرة مصرين), for which the generic coordinates are: 36.012172, 36.6730499. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
