Airwars assessment
Between three and eight civilians died a several more were wounded in an airstrike on Atarbib, according to local media. While at least two sources blamed Russia, one pointed towards the regime, and many others didn’t identify the culprit.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights, Radio Al Kul and Halab Today blamed Russia. According to Halab Today, as many as eight civilians died in the attack. Other sources put the death toll at either four or six.
According to @BNN_2016, two women died in “Russian raids”. Shahba Press reported that a child was killed in addition to two women, and also attributed the event to Moscow.
Sources added that residential buildings were destroyed and published images of the aftermath of the strike.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the town of Al Atarib (الأتارب), for which the generic coordinates are: 36.1375975, 36.8284035. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
