(Previous Incident Codes: R1106RS1215)

Two civilians were killed and several more were wounded in an airstrike on Idlib city, according to local media – though sources were conflicted as to whether Russia or the Syrian regime were responsible.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Radio Alkul and the Syrian Network for Human Rights blamed the regime, putting the death toll at two.

In confused reporting, LCCSY initially pointed towards the regime but then attributed the event to Russia.

Both AlhadathFM and Baladi reported that cluster bombs had been dropped on the city, though these sources didn’t apportion blame.
