The majority of sources blamed Russia, though several did not identify the warplanes responsible for the event.
According to reports the girl was originally from Aleppo.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the village of Yaked al A’adas (ياقد العدس), for which the generic coordinates are: 36.2645222, 37.0187463. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
