Up to ten civilians died and as many as 20 more were wounded in air and artillery strikes on Bustan al Qasr, according to local media – though sources were conflicted as to whether Russia or the Syrian regime were responsible.

According to Shahed-ayan, “warplanes and artillery shelling in Bustan Al-Qaser killed 10 people and wounded others. The civil defense lifted the bodies from the rubble and took the wounded to hospitals.”

Baladi also blamed “warplanes and artillery shelling”, which it said wounded “more than 20” civilians in addition to ten killed.
