Airwars assessment
Up to eight civilians died in air or artillery strikes on Hraitan, according to local media – though it was unclear whether Russia or the Assad regime were to blame.
Only one source – LCCSY – explicitly said that Russia was responsible, reporting that “12 people were killed in Aleppo, most of them in Russian raids on the towns of Deir Hafer and Hraitan.” Airwars has assessed four civilians as killed in Deir Hafer on this day (listed in incident RS1270).
The majority of sources didn’t apportion blame, referring only to “warplanes”.

The local time of the incident is unknown.
