Airwars assessment
Up to three civilians died in an alleged Russian airstrike on the village of Kafr Nasseh outside of Aleppo, according to local media.
Halab News listed two additional unidentified victims – and joined all other sources in attributing this event to Russia.
Photographic evidence shows that cluster bombs were used.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the village of Kafr Nassr, for which the generic coordinates are: 36.42798, 37.11344. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
