Airwars assessment

One woman died and up to 20 more civilians were wounded in an alleged Russian or Assad regime airstrike on Idlib, according to sources on the ground.

The Twitter account Maaramc12 reported that “there was an unidentified female martyr and 20 wounded in Idlib as a result of three Russian raids in Idlib”.

Other sources, reported that two civilians were killed, while SDU Syria put the death toll at four.

Most of the sources pointed to Russia as the culprit, but one source, the twitter account mohmd111981, attributed the strike to both the Assad regime and Russia.

The local time of the incident is unknown.

The victims were named as:

Nadia Masri.
Adult female local media EMC identified killed
