Airwars assessment
At least two civilians were killed and several more were wounded from airstrikes launched against the village of Al Mozra – however local sources are conflicted as to who was responsible for the raids.
The Local Coordination Committee Syria and @ShahbaPress identifying Russian planes as conducting airstrikes while Syrian Network for Human Rights and @abokantar blamed the Syrian regime for the airstrikes.
The airstrikes reportedly struck Al Mozra High School and residential homes. SN4HR reported that Al Mozara High School was partially damaged with holes left on the school grounds.
A video posted by Edlib SCD shows the civil defence scene arriving to help those injured from the airstrikes and rescue victims from the rubble. In addition, the airstrikes caused critical physical damage to buildings in the village and images published by Syrian Network for Human Rights show buildings reduced to rubble.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
