Four civilians were killed – including one child – and several others injured in airstrikes which struck a market place in Abu Al Zuhur – though sources were conflicted as to who was responsible, with some reports blaming Russian warplanes and others blaming the Syrian regime for the raid.
Sdu Syria reported that rocket propelled grenades were used in the bombing of the market place. According to other sources not only shops but civilian homes were destroyed.
Despite multiple sources reporting on the death of Abdo Walid al-Aboud – aged 12 – Aboualzaor reported that he was wounded whilst also documenting an unidentified death. They also reported that three other civilians were wounded including one child and two women.
Zaitonmag reported there were “several civilian casualties” in this specific incident, as did @hamade_12, who documented the deaths of four.
