Four civilians were killed, including a child, and as many as 24 others were wounded in an alleged parachute missile attack on the residential neighbourhood of Al Waer, local media reported. All sources but one blamed the Syrian regime for the raid. The Shaam News Network was alone in reporting “violent raids by Assad and the Russian enemy”.
According to SMO, as many as 15 rockets were fired. Footage shows parachute missiles, taking as long as 80 seconds to descend upon the neighbourhood.
Sources reported that due to the severity of the injuries, the death toll was likely to rise.
A single source reported that up to 100 people were wounded. Most other sources put the figures between 6 and 24.
