(Previous Incident Codes: R1801RS1931)

Three civilians were killed, and others were wounded, in an alleged air and artillery strike on Al-Hazani, Aleppo. Sources were conflicted as to who was to blame. Two sources reported that Russia was responsible for the raid, whilst others attributed blame to the Syrian regime. SyriaMubasher reported that military aircraft were to blame – therefore not attributing any blame.

Sources were also conflicted as to who was killed in the raid. Smart News reported that a man and a child were killed in the strike, whereas most other sources reported a man and a woman were killed, though there was other coverage claiming a child and a woman were killed. Additionally, the names of two children were published by Halab News.

There are no other details at this time.
