In this single-source incident, the Smart News Agency “that five dead and 14 wounded, including women and children, arrived at the al Tabaqa hospital”. It said they had died in a bombing by “military aircraft” on Palmyra’s eastern desert – and went on to say that the culprit was likely to be Russia.
It is unknown whether the victims were struck on the same day as they arrived at the hospital
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the city of Palmyra (تدمر), for which the generic coordinates are: 34.569294, 38.291216. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
