One baby girl was killed and up to nine were wounded as alleged Russian warplanes struck Harasta, Damascus, with airstrikes and artillery, local media reported.
SOHR reported that “warplanes carried out in the evening of today four raids on places in Harasta city in the Eastern Ghouta, which killed a child and injured 9 other persons including children and citizen women.”
Overall, most sources reported the death of one named baby girl and posted her photo along with their reporting from the incident.
SOHR reported the highest number of wounded of nine while the remaining sources merely referred to “several”. Most of the sources mentioned that children and women were among the wounded.
HalabTodayTV added that the attacks consisted of both air raids and artillery shelling.
Finally, all known sources attributed blame to Russian warplanes.
The incident occured around dusk.

Reports of the incident mention the town of Harasta (حرستا), for which the generic coordinates are: 33.55869, 36.36515. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
