One or two civilians died and several others were wounded in alleged Russian airstrikes on Ma’arat Al-Nu’man, according to sources on the ground.
Step News Agency reported that “two civilians were killed and several wounded as a result of two Russian air raids on residential areas in the town of Ma’ra al-Nu’man in rural Idlib.”
Other sources mentioned one death – but also pointed to Russia as the culprit.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the city of Ma’arat Al-Nu’man (معرة التعمان ), for which the generic coordinates are: 35.6477913, 36.6591881. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
