Four civilians were killed – including a child – and as many as three more were wounded – some seriously – following an airstrike on Rasim Al-A’bid. Sources blamed Russian warplanes for the incident.
Both sources reported that the area was held by ISIS.
Additionally many of the civilians residing there were displaced from Raqqa.
Civilian homes were reportedly struck, and there was much material damage to the residential area.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the village of Rasim Al-A’bid (رسم العبد), for which the generic coordinates are: 34.97812, 37.384662. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
