Between four and eight civilians were killed – reportedly from one family – and others were wounded, when airstrikes struck Al-Marba’at town, local media said. According to sources, up to three children, a woman, and a man were killed in the raids.

Sources were conflicted as to who was to blame for the strikes. Some attributed blame to the Syrian regime while others pointed to Russian warplanes.

According to sources, the wounded – for which we have an unspecific number – were transferred to hospital.

Two to three raids were allegedly launched on the vicinity with long ranging missiles and RPG, with helicopters.

A photographs shows a truck which was struck in the raids, which killed a man and his son.

Additionally, Jisirtv reported that civilian housing was “targeted” causing many wounded – including women and children.

Step News Agency tweeted that “regime forces targeted both the towns of Naqab al-Sakhr with rocket-propelled grenades and helicopters, killing six others in Nabi’ Al Sakhra”.
