Three to four civilians were reportedly killed and others injured in an airstrike in Al-Jabriya in the eastern Homs countryside. Several sources, including the head of the local district, Ahmed Hamwi, accused Russian warplanes of carrying out the attack.
Zaman Masdar reported that the shelling took place between the villages of Al-Abd, Hamdi Omar, Suha, Abu Hanaya and Abu Hbeilat.
