At least two civilians were killed and others were injured, following airstrikes on Sabikhan, according to local media. Both Russia and the Syrian regime were responsible, according to sources.

Media suggested that a river crossing was targeted by the raids.

“The shelling killed a civilian and injured others, mostly women and children, amid acute shortage of medical personnel and medicines and the exit of most hospitals from service by intensive shelling, according to activists.”
