Three to four civilians were reported killed and as many as ten civilians were injured in alleged Russian and Syrian regime raids on Sarja. A woman was included in the injured, an a child was included in the death toll. Sources blamed both the Syrian regime and Russia fo the strikes. One source blamed an anonymous “airforce”.
According to local media, the Syrian civil Defence base in the vicinity was hit and destroyed, rendering it inoperable.
Vehicles and other residential buildings were also destroyed in what sources described was a two raid attack.
Footage shows unrecognisable body parts being pulled from the rubble.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the village of Sarja in Jabal Al Zawiya (سرجة), for which the generic coordinates are: 35.5816284, 36.9212293. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
