Up to six civilians were wounded, including between two and four children, in airstrikes which hit the vicinity of Ma’ar Debsi on January 18, 2018, according to local media. All sources reported that Russian warplanes were to blame.

Jorf News reported that farms were “targeted”. In addition, Syrian Network for Human Rights reported that “Russian forces shelled a henhouse sheltering IDPs in Ma’ar Debsa village in Idlib suburbs.”

Members of the Syrian Civil Defence took wounded victims to the nearest medical facilities to treat their wounds.
