Airwars assessment
According to local media, up to four civilians, including one woman, were killed and dozens left wounded, as Russian or Assad forces carried out air and artillery shelling of Latamna, Hama.
Step News Agency reported how allegedly “Russian raids and rocket-propelled grenades” had struck the city of Latamna, resulting in great civilian harm.
The death toll spanned from one to four. The lowest reported by, for example, HalabTodayTV, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported four civilians fatalities.
According to the Syrian Network for Human Rights (SN4HR), who reported two deaths caused by Assad-waged artillery, one of the victims was a woman.
While some reports merely reported about “several” wounded, Smart News Agency reported that dozens were left injured.
Though the majority of sources, including al-Jazeera and Smart News Agency, identified Russia as responsible, the incident remains contested as MasarPressNet and SN4HR blamed the Syrian regime.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
