At least three civilians, including a child, died in the town of Koreen as a result of reported airstrikes by Russian and Syrian forces on April 3rd, 2018 according to local sources.
Smart News said four members of the same family were killed while two others were injured. “Four civilians from one family were killed and two others were injured by airstrikes from a warplane believed to be Russian on Korin village, 10 km south of Idlib city.”
Edlib Media Center showed images of Syrian Civil Defense volunteers puling a child out of the rubble as a result of the airstrike.
Russian fighter jets bombed the town with three air raids, according to Jisr TV. Most sources on the ground corroborated Russia’s involvement in the attack. Neda News said Syrian forces were also responsible.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
