Adwan village posted on Facebook reporting “A raid by Russian warplanes on the village [Adwan] and the martyrdom of the young man Ahmed Hakim al-Qarfan. There are also a number of injuries.”

Abo Maria Taseel posted on Facebook that “Russian warplanes launched a raid on the village of Adwan, which led to the killing of the young man Ahmed Abdel Hakim Al-Qarfan and the injury of both his father and mother, and the brothers of Khaled Al-Qarfan.”

Abo Maria Taseel, Adwan village, @Horan_now1, @Step_Agency and Shaam Network accused Russia of responsibility for this incident.
