One or two civilians were injured in alleged artillery strikes on Kafar Nbouda, local media reported. The majority of sources said that the Assad regime was responsible, though Russian actions were also reported within the vicinity.

According to the Step News Agency, “an artillery bombardment by regime forces stationed at Camp of Bredig hit the town of Kfara Nbuda, slightly wounding a civilian.”

In a later report, Step said “a civilian was injured as a result of the mortar shelling on the town of Kafr Nbouda from the regime forces stationed at the Karim checkpoint north of Hama.”

Other sources mentioned wounded “civilians”.

Most reports blamed the regime, though the Smart News Agency pointed to “artillery shelling by Russia and the regime.”
