Airwars assessment
Two women were reported wounded in an alleged Russian air or artillery strike on Saraqeb on March 13th, 2019, according to sources on the ground.
On March 13th Neda reported: “At night, Russian aircraft fired heavy artillery at the town of Sarqab in the eastern suburb of Idlib using high-explosive rockets, injuring two women.”
Al Jazeera Arabic also said that two women were wounded.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the city of Saraqeb (سراقب), for which the generic coordinates are: 35.859101, 36.797731. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
