Two civilians – both reportedly women – died and up to 20 more were wounded in an alleged Russia airstrike on a camp for displaced persons in Kafr A’mem, according to multiple local sources.
Edlib Media Center reported: “Two women were killed and about 20 others were injured, mostly children, when the Russian occupation aircraft targeted a camp near the town of Kafrish, east of Sarakib, at dawn on Wednesday [March 13th].”
According to Sarayarabic, “the official page of the civil defense in Idlib targeted that two Russian warplanes loaded with four rockets struck a camp for the displaced east of the town of Sarakib in the town of Kafr El-Askar. The source said the civil defense team worked to transfer the injured to medical points and then transferred them to other specialised hospitals. The martyrs were under the rubble of a house they were sheltering in next to their camp.”
The Shaam News Network said that “several” were wounded in addition to the two reported killed.
