Local media reported that Russian warplanes carried out strikes on a number of towns and villages in Idlib on March 20th and 21st, resulting in the death of up to five civilians.
According to the Step News Agency, “Russia launched several air raids on the towns of Sheikh Mustafa and Basida and the outskirts of Kfaroma and Kasabiya and the vicinity of Tel Asas in rural Idlib killing five people from one family including a child”.
@SyrianCoalition reported that “the aerial bombardment carried out by Russian planes on different towns and villages of the countryside of Idlib and Hama resulted in the deaths of civilians, in addition to the number of wounded, including children and women.”
FGresh Syria added that “the Russian occupation aircraft launched several air raids targeting the sugar factory south of the city of Jisr al-Shughuru along with raids on Sheikh Mustafa, Kafruma, Qasabiya and the grain silos in Bsaida and Talas and the vicinity of Karsgana in the southern and western Idlib.”
According to @NazzalFadi, “Russian warplanes launched violent raids on the positions of Jabhet Al Nusra in the towns of Sheikh Mustafa, Qasabiya and Kfaroma, reportedly destroying weapons stores and killing and wounding dozens of members of Jabhet Al Nusra.”
