(Previous Incident Codes: R3548RS3758)

Local sources reported the death of one civilian in airstrikes on Kafr Sijnah, Idlib, on June 4th.

Syrian Network for Human Rights named the civilian killed as Abdul Razzaq al Hamwiya.

@yamanalbauosh tweeted a video saying the rocket used in the attack carried phosphorous, and @SYR_REV_NEWS said vacuum rockets were also used.

While Smart News and Syrian Network for Human Rights attributed the attack to the Syrian regime, Shaam News referred to the “Russian Air Force” as well as regime forces, reporting “very heavy air raids and shelling” on a number of locations, including Kafr Sijnah. Meanwhile, Syria Civil Defense did not positively attribute blame for the attack.
