Four civilians including a little girl were killed when airstrikes struck Rif Al Muhandisin Al Thani, in the countryside of west of Aleppo on June 21st, 2019.
Syrian Human Rights Commission named the girl killed as Aya al-Satouf.
Up to eight civilians were also allegedly wounded, including children. According to Step News, the civilians were struck by two airstrikes, while the Syrian Human Rights Committee reported shelling.
Smart News reported that “the warplanes bombarded a residential area between the village of Urma al-Kubra and “Rid Al Muhandisin Al Tahni” west of Aleppo, north of the country, killing four civilians including a girl and injuring six others.”
Meanwhile, Shahba Press stated that the airstrikes “resulted in the death of a girl and three – wounding eight civilians.”
Orient said the area targeted contained a popular market, and a parking for vans and cars. The area is known to be usually crowded on Friday, when the attack happened.
Both Russian and Syrian regime forces were blamed by various sources.
