A civilian male was injured in alleged Russian or Syrian regime airstrikes on Ariha, Idlib governorate, on July 10th, 2019, according to local sources. The strikes reportedly targeted a school.

Zaitonmag wrote: “The warplanes bombed the city of Ariha, south of Idlib, and the bombing targeted civilian homes and a school, resulting in an injured man and fires in agricultural lands.” @abuhuzaifa_ and @Ahed_Slebi also reported one wounded civilian.

@Sentry_Syria tweeted: “10:35: Ariha – 8 seconds ago, a Sukhoi-22 is flying southeast.” @MasarPressNet tweeted that warplanes targeted the “Art School” in Ariha.

While some sources, such as @AbuWael_Daraya, blamed Russia for the strikes, others, including @nabdalthwra, pointed to the Syrian regime. Geiroon reported that both Russia and the Syrian regime were conducting airstrikes in the area on July 10th.
