Up to two civilians, including a child, were reported injured in alleged Russian or Syrian regime airstrikes on the town of Deir Sinbul in Idlib governorate on July 23rd, 2019, according to local sources.
The Syrian Civil Defence reported that “a child was injured by the targeting of the town of Deir Sinbul in the village of Idlib this morning, with three raids from the Asadi Air Force”, adding that SCD teams were at the site.
@muhammad_salhab reported: “Two casualties so far in the raid that targeted the town of Deir Sinbul a while ago, and there is no news of martyrs until this moment.”
@anasanas84 tweeted that “S22 warplanes raided the village of Deir Sinbul in Jabal Al-Zawiya in the southern countryside of Idlib”.
According to @ZaitunAgency, “civilians were wounded in the airstrikes of the regime’s warplanes on the town of Deir Sinbul in the southern countryside of Idlib.”
While a majority of sources did not name a belligerent, some of the sources, including the SCD, blamed the Syrian regime. Shaam News Network pointed to Russia.
The incident occured in the morning.
