One adult male civilian was killed in an alleged Russian strike in Palmyra when the car he was driving was hit.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that warplanes “believed to be Russian” carried out several intense raids which targeted areas in “al-Qaryatayn city in the southeastern countryside of Homs and other areas in the city of Palmyra in the eastern countryside of Homs.” It said that there were casualties, but did not provide numbers.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
