Up to three civilians, including a child, were injured in alleged Russian or Syrian regime airstrikes on the city of Al-Lataminah, Hama governorate, on July 28th, 2019, according to local sources.
Smart News Agency reported “three wounded in bombing of Russian warplanes on the vicinity of the city of Al-Lataminah north of Hama”.
Manahi Al Ahmed wrote on Facebook: “On Sunday morning, a civilian was lightly injured as the regime’s warplanes targeted the city of Al-Lataminah with several airstrikes.”
@ShahbaPress tweeted that “a child was injured and the palm of his hand was amputated as a result of the Russian warplanes raids on the city of Al-Lataminah in the northern Hama countryside.”
@HalabTodayTV blamed the Syrian regime: “Three civilians were wounded by the bombing of the regime’s air force on the city of Al-Lataminah, north of Hama.”
Sources blamed both Russia and the Syrian regime for the strikes.
