One to two civilians were reported killed and others wounded in airstrikes on Kafr Nabl, Idlib, on August 19th, 2019.
Local Coordination Committee for Syria documented “a martyr and a number of wounded [..] due to the shelling of Russian warplanes on the city of Kafr Nabl in the southern countryside of Idlib.”
Macro Media Center also reported, “a martyr and a number of wounded as a result of the bombing of Russian warplanes with vacuum missiles.”
Meanwhile, Step News cited the “death of two in Kafr Nabl.”
A Facebook post by Kafranbil Live named Ismail Marawan Al-Dhakro as being killed and was identified as from Ma`rat al-Nu`man.
According to @MasarPressNet, city center of Kafr Nabl was struck in the airstrikes and @AM_AHMAD90 reported that the residential areas of the city were struck.
Sources predominantly attributed the attack to Russian forces, however, two sources named both Russian forces and the Syrian regime in reports of the incident.
