Upto 12 civilians have been killed, up to eight of which were children on top of, up to 21 civilians injured, up to five of which were children in alleged Russian and Assadi regime airstrikes on Al Thalatheen street in Idlib City on March 3rd 2020.

Truman.almare posted that that the airstrike took place at 10.15 am and named the following victims including women and children: Shadi Imad Ahmad Al-Satouf, 8 years old, from Khan Al-Sabil, Abd al-Rahman al-Asimi, 5 years old, from Daraa, Abdullah Al-Asimi, 7 years old, from Daraa, Abd al-Salam al-Asimi, 10 years old, from Daraa, Wasel Muhammad Al-Mahmoud (Al-Farawi), 20 years old, from Khan Al-Subul, Bakr Abdul Aziz Ahmed Satouf, 9 years old, from Khan Al-Sabil, Hussein Sheikh Ahmed, 65 years old, from Telmans, Hamza Hajj Hamdo, 48 years old, from Maarat al-Numan, Shahham Hajj Hamdo, 5 years old, from Maarat al-Numan, Rimas Hajj Hamdo, 8 years old, from Maarat al-Numan, the child, Imad Ahmed Satouf, from Khan Al-Sabil. Multiple sources put the civilian death toll as high as 12.

Truman.almare also added that those known to be injured at the time of posting were: Muhammad Ahmad Al-Mahmoud (Al-Farawi) Khan Al-Sabil, the child, Muhammad Abdel-Fattah Satouf, 14 years old, Khan al-Sabil, Maher Jihad Ahmed Al-Satouf, 13 years old, Khan Al-Sabil, the child Nasr Abdel Aziz Ahmed Satouf, 7 years old, Khan Al-Sabil, the child, Zaid Abdel Aziz Ahmed Satouf, 12 years old, Khan al-Subul. Multiple sources put the number of civilians injured as high as 21, while @Mabo_albraa reported that 13 people were wounded, with some of them in critical condition.

Hiberpress added details of the area “this area is filled with displaced people from the cities and towns of Idlib countryside as a result of the recent campaign of the regime and Russia, where the people live in unfinished houses that do not shelter them in the winter cold, and the children who rose were just street vendors”.

Edlib Media Center blamed the Syrian regime and Iranian ‘militias’ for the attack, while @ShahbaPress blamed Russia. Edlib Media Center said “nine civilians were martyred and 14 others were wounded due to the fall of rocket-propelled grenades believed to be from the regime forces and Iranian militias in Maarat al-Numan, south of Idlib.”

The incident occured in the morning.
