Between four and five civilians, including two children and a woman, were wounded in alleged Russian or regime artillery shelling on Urme Al Jouz on July 19, 2021.

@seerij80 tweeted that there were “five wounded in the town of Urm Al-Joz as a result of Russian bombing.” @EdlibNN added that among the five wounded were “two children and a woman”.

According to a Baladi News correspondent in Idlib countryside, “four civilians, including two children, were wounded”.

Syrian Civil Defense pointed out that civilian homes in Urme Al Jouz were struck with artillery shells.

Sources were conflicted as to who was responsible for the strikes. @thawraa_syr attributed the strikes to the regime while @EdlibNN blamed Russia.
