On Friday, 6 December 2024, an alleged Syrian regime and/or Russian airstrike hit the town of Shezar, in the Hama Governorate of Syria, reportedly killing three civilian women, identified as Nadra al-Sayadi, Hajar al-Alloush, and Samira Mahmoud Jawhar.

Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) published a post on X/Twitter reporting the attack; however, it only mentioned Hajar al-Alloush as the victim. Other posts on Facebook, this time by her nieces, Omer al Jaoal and Hetham al Sayade, mentioned the death of Nadra Al-Sayadi, while a post by user Markaz Halfaya reports a further victim, identified as “Hajja” (honorific for elder woman) Samira Mahmoud Jawhar.

No further information is available on the details of the attack and the victims.
