One male civilian, Naser Mohammad Barakat al Hariri, died in an alleged Russian airstrike on Alma, according to the Violations Documentation Center. Syria2011 also named the 55-year-old victim and blamed Russia. But Martyrs of Dara and Dara Martyrs didn’t identify the warplanes responsible for his death.
Mr al Hariri was also named by some sources as having died at Nawa in Dara’a that day.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the village of Alma (علما), for which the generic coordinates are: 32.75075, 36.24158. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
