Airwars assessment
One 57-year-old woman died in an alleged Russian airstrike on Talbiseh and at least four other civilians were injured, according to local sources.
Shaam News Network reported: “Two hours before the start of the ceasefire Russian planes carried out violent and intense air raids on the town of Talbissa causing the death of one woman and wounding others.“
Talbisa Media Centre said Russian planes carried out “16 extensive raids…the airstrikes targeted the downtown of Talbisah far from fighting points: “One elderly woman was killed and found under the ruins of her house in addition to several injuries among children, women and infants. The search for survivors under rubble is still ongoing.” It posted a number of graphic videos showing casualties, including young children.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the town of Talbisah (تلبيسة), for which the generic coordinates are: 34.840505, 36.72922. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
