Airwars assessment
According to LCCSY, “Russian warplanes launched two air rocket cluster bombs on agricultural land in Ltamenah in the northern countryside of Hama.” They said that some farmers had been injured, but provided no further details. Qasioun also blamed Russia.
Syrian PC News and All4Syria News (which blamed ‘regime artillery shelling’) reported that there were two civilians killed in the strikes on the farmland. Husband and wife, Ahmad Khaled Al-Mustafa aged 41 and Nuha Ibrahim Al-Mustafa aged 30 were named as victims. In a separate report also from Syrian PC, an unnamed female child was also reported killed in the warplane shelling.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
