One civilian died in an airstrike on Sarmin, according to local media – though reports were conflicted as to whether this was the work of Russia or the Syrian regime.
LCCSY reported that one civilian died and several more were injured by Russian warplanes.
Baladi was among other sources that pointed towards Russia, but provided few details.
However, according to Akhbaralan the regime was responsible.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the city of Sarmin (سرمين), for which the generic coordinates are: 35.904042, 36.726111. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
