Five children died in airstrikes on Asl Sukhnah, according to two local sources.
The Shaam News Network reported that “warplanes believed to be Russian” struck civilians homes killing five individuals, most of them children in dawn raids.
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Russian strikes killed five children, three of whom were siblings.
However, a second SO4HR report did not identify the warplanes responsible, while the Step News Agency referred to “Russian and regime” strikes on Al Sukhnah.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the town of As Sukhnah (السخنة), for which the generic coordinates are: 34.8848748, 38.8711739. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
