According to Afrin Now, “67-year-old Issa Issa was wounded by shrapnel in the head as a result of the Turkish bombardment of the Jandiers area.

In a private report, the Kurdish Red Crescent also named Issa Issa as wounded – and a second man, Hassan Mustafa, aged 90, who was reportedly sustained a head and hand injury.

There are no other details at this time.

The local time of the incident is unknown.
