Local sources reported that one named civilian was killed another two seriously wounded by alleged Russian bombing of the village of Arab Wayan, in the district of Sahra, Aleppo.
Afrin Now reported that “the citizen ‘Adnan Ibrahim Abu’ Akeid was killed and Ali Juma’a and his son Juma’a Juma’a were seriously wounded by the bombing of Arab Wayan”.
Other sources also reported the death of one civilian and injury of up to two more.
Weelat added in a tweet that the Syrian Free Army was involved in the incident, reporting “The death of a civilian and the injury of two as a result of the aggression of the Turkish occupation and mercenaries of the Syrian Free Army”.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the village of Arab Wayan village, Aleppo (عرب ويان), for which the generic coordinates are: 36.678333, 36.994444. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
